Since a very young age has known that there is something unique about her care and concern for others. Charlotte developed a relationship with the Lord during her teenage years. She was reared by her single mother along with three (3) brothers, whom she adores. Her mother is her hero, and she admonishes to have her strength and perseverance. In spite of herself, and a past that was leading her into destruction, God protected her character, and vindicated her name. Charlotte loves the Lord, not for what he has done in her life, but for who He is in her life, her friend, her peace, her strength, her company keeper, her mind regulator, and the list goes on and on.
The Lord called Charlotte to preach the gospel in May, 2005. She preached her first sermon in September, 2006.
Charlotte is the daughter of Mrs. Lena M. Smith and Mr. James M. Marshall. She is a graduate of the 1981 graduating class of Thomas Jefferson High School. In 1983 she received her Associate of Applied Science Degree as a Legal Secretary. Charlotte is currently self-employed with LAW Academy, Inc., which is an At Risk Social Service Nonprofit servicing probated youth ages 12-14. Prior to working for LAW Academy, Inc. she was employed with the City of Port Arthur for eighteen years where she held the position of Human Resource Analyst and Deputy Director of Civil Service. She is a member of the Christian Faith Missionary Baptist Church where she serves as Administrative Assistant, Adult Women Sunday School Teacher, & teacher of the “Princess of Faith” Wednesday night bible class. She is also a matriculate of the Mount Sinai Baptist Bible Institute where she proposes to receive her bachelor’s in theology. Charlotte is married and has been married for twenty-two (22) years to Pastor Albert Moses, Jr. She is the mother of four children, Rev. Albert Moses, III, Ashton James Moses, Ariel Marie Moses, & Aisha Marshalle Moses.
