Rev MosesRev. Albert Moses, Jr. was born July 17, 1956 in Baton Rouge, Louisiana.  He is the son of the late Bishop Albert Moses, Sr., and the late Sis. Merline Dixson.  Rev. Moses graduated from Lincoln High School in 1974.  He graduated from Lamar University receiving his B.S. degree in 1978.  He graduated from Prairie View A. & M. University receiving his M.A. degree in 1984, and Med. Degree in 1986.  He also attended the Southeast Texas Extension of American Bible College of Nashville, Tennessee.  On July 28, 1984 Rev. Moses was united in marriage with Rev. Charlotte Marie Moses.  To this union they were blessed with four children; Rev. Albert Moses, III., Ashton James Moses, Ariel Marie Moses, and Aisha Marshalle Moses.

Rev. Moses is currently serving full time as a Minister of God's Word.  As a child, his ministry began in Louisiana.. Services were held “on the side of the house.”  He began with one member – his sister Mrs. Jannet Marie Johnson.  During his youth, he served as a choir member and junior deacon at the First Sixth Street Baptist Church.  As a young adult he became a member of Kappa Alpha Psi, Inc., Phi Mu Alpha Sinfonia, Inc., and was a founding member of the Lamar University Gospel Choir known as Psalm 150.  He served as the musician for several church choirs, and later, while married, served as the secretary of the board of deacons at the First Sixth Street Baptist Church.  Rev. Moses accepted his call to preach the gospel of Jesus Christ in June of 1994.  He later became a member of the New Saint John Missionary Baptist Church.  On March 28, 1999 Rev. Moses was licensed to preach the gospel of Jesus Christ.  In January of 2000 he was ordained, and in February of 2000 he became the pastor of the Greater Mount Corinth Missionary Baptist Church of Kountze, Texas.  In November of 2003 he became the pastor of the Christian Faith Missionary Baptist Church where he remains the pastor.

The church continues to increase, and prosper through the Lord God being with Rev. Moses.  Rev. Moses continues to be a requested preacher, speaker, and advisor.  He continues his studies through ministries such as the E. K. Bailey Ministries International Conference on Expository Preaching.  Rev. Moses, along with Rev. Charlotte Moses, has established an academy for at-risk youth – LAW (Love at Work) Academy, Inc.  Rev. has received numerous awards, and accolades. 

But, most importantly, Rev. Moses is a born again saved believer.  He is a Blood bought, Word believing, Spirit filled, Resurrection sharing believer in the Lord Jesus Christ.
